Intelligent Knowledge Launches Qianshi Fellow AI Navigation Program, Plans to Invest 50 Million Yuan to Connect Domain Experts
Connect domain experts, and translate complex professional tasks into AI capability improvement paths that are comprehensible, evaluable, and trainable.

Recently, data company Intelligent Knowledge (HumanIntelligence) announced the launch of the "Qianshi Fellow · AI Navigation Program" through its domain-certified expert community MeetChances. Going forward, MeetChances plans to invest 50 million yuan to invite researchers, industry experts, and AI R&D teams across various fields to collaborate deeply — translating complex professional tasks into AI capability improvement paths that are comprehensible, evaluable, and trainable.
As large language models evolve from general Q&A toward complex reasoning, scientific research, and professional work scenarios, model capability improvement increasingly depends on real-world domain expertise. How researchers judge whether an experimental protocol is sound, how engineers optimize designs under multiple constraints, how seasoned professionals identify problems and make decisions based on experience — the reasoning logic, tool usage patterns, and evaluation criteria embedded in these work processes are difficult to extract from publicly available corpora, yet they are precisely what models need for their next stage of evolution.
According to the announcement, this program will not be confined to a single discipline or industry. It will roll out four specialized collaboration tracks:
- SCI | Scientific Research: Covering physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, materials science, and mathematics, exploring AI capability improvements in scientific reasoning, research task evaluation, and complex problem-solving.
- Code | Software Engineering: Encompassing real engineering tasks in software development, algorithm design, system architecture, and code review.
- Work | Professional Work Scenarios: Targeting finance, law, business analysis, and enterprise management, with a focus on complex business processes and professional judgment.
- Mechanical | Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design: Involving mechanical manufacturing, 3D modeling, engineering drafting, process design, and simulation analysis.

To date, MeetChances has already established partnerships with over 50,000 domain experts. On the platform, developers with computer science backgrounds design programming tasks and evaluate model outputs, converting software engineering experience into training signals. Clinical medicine experts, meanwhile, have come to see the platform as a "third classroom" beyond their clinical and research duties.
From Intelligent Knowledge's perspective, China has the world's largest pool of high-quality talent. Chinese large models should not remain dependent on distilled data and overseas datasets in the long run; they should build structural data advantages rooted in本土 expert intelligence. The Qianshi Fellow program represents a continuation of the company's mission of "Frontier Data, Made in China": through more systematic expert organization, transforming accumulated expertise into tangible contributions that drive AI progress.
The program is open to researchers at universities, research institutes, and technology companies, as well as independent experts with deep experience in a specific domain. Two participation formats are available:
- Working professionals: In-person collaboration starting at two weeks, extendable — suited for professionals in a gap period or career transition.
- Student internships: Primarily in-person, with a recommended duration of three to six months; specific time commitments are negotiable.
