Multi-agent economies, conversation-as-gameplay, AI rewriting the rules, personality simulation and emotional shaping, reactive character adventures — since the LLM revolution, the quest to elevate AI gaming has been going for over two years now. We've also observed that model costs, model performance, and engineering implementation still present plenty of bottlenecks on the results side.
