We hope you bring outstanding compute (intellect, stamina, resilience), data (accumulated experience, hands-on practice), and algorithms (deep thinking, first-principles reasoning, ability to identify the primary contradiction). You should be able to spot outlier founders and capture your own alpha in public markets.

Our organizational structure is extremely flat. The investment team has no title hierarchy — only investors and partners. Meanwhile, our primary and secondary market teams collaborate closely, cross-pollinating ideas, capturing signals and opportunities, and generating strong returns for the fund.

Since our founding, every single Monolith dollar fund and RMB fund has been oversubscribed. Converted to RMB, our combined primary and secondary AUM exceeds 10 billion yuan. Throughout this process, each fund has deliberately capped its size, because we want to invest in as few of the very best companies as possible, not spray capital across many.
