Today, we live in increments of time shorter than ever before, our lives guided by clocks that tick with perfect precision invisibly; our attention spans have shrunk, our natural rhythms surrendered to the abstract grid of clock time. Yet at the same time, we possess the capacity to imagine and record millions of years of history, to trace chains of cause and effect across generations.
Whether to focus precisely on the short term, or to plan for the long term; whether to become a high-frequency trader, or a leader who transcends cycles in the eyes of posterity — everyone has their choice, and time will deliver the answer.
The New Year, arriving as expected, always signals hope and new beginnings. In the year now passing, Monolith has made solid progress across both primary and secondary markets, receiving over 80 accolades from external institutions. At the same time, we are keenly aware that turbulence and challenges ahead will only grow; we must work harder still, and as we've said before, focus on each step, walk each step well, and generate real returns for our LPs.
