Here's what we expect you to bring — your "must-haves"
- Product experience, technical insight, and belief in AI
Whether or not you've done investing before isn't the point — you need genuine conviction and relentless pursuit of "AI changes the future," backed by relevant product experience and technical chops
- Fluency with AI tools
Curious and sharp about AI tech trends and product tools; knowing them inside out is how you discover more
- An open mindset for reaching into broad networks
Extrovert or introvert doesn't matter — what matters is staying connected to change and having "a knack" for sourcing
- Self-drive for continuous improvement
Comfortable with and eager to do retrospectives; we bump ideas with each other regularly to get better together
- A full tank of passion for frontier tech
Only when a group of people with genuine passion stand shoulder to shoulder can we tune out the noise amid technical and macro uncertainty, explore with focus, and get there together
