What's the Yunqi YoUNg Program?
In spring 2021, we launched this tech-to-B young venture capital talent development program, hoping to find reliable young people with passion, curiosity, self-drive, and resilience. Four cohorts have successfully run to date, receiving enthusiastic applications from 10,000+ students at top global universities including Harvard, MIT, Tsinghua University, and Peking University, accompanying a new generation of outstanding talent to grow together and explore the world of tech-to-B.

3. What do you gain from an internship at Yunqi?
As an intern at Yunqi Capital, you can improve your knowledge level in the investment field, not only mastering theoretical knowledge of investment but also understanding practical operations in the investment field. At the same time, you can engage in in-depth learning with senior investors and peers in the industry, gain practical investment experience, understand industry development trends, and deepen your understanding of new knowledge in the investment field.
My internship at Yunqi brought me many gains, including enhanced understanding of the tech industry, improved ability to analyze industries and projects, and a group of united and friendly teammates. But what touched me most was the all-around support the entire Yunqi team provides to interns. This support is reflected in mentors' willingness to share everything they know, deep sharing among colleagues, and wonderful memories of everyone gathering for meals and sports outside of work. During my time at Yunqi, I got a comprehensive opportunity to understand China's VC industry and was able to actively participate in it. Such trust and opportunity are truly rare.
The gains from interning at Yunqi, on one hand, were systematically learning about VC professionals' work content, key focus areas, and investment thinking; on the other hand, it trained my ability to quickly get up to speed on an industry or project.

"What You'll Do"
Assist mentors with investment-related industry, market, and company research, project interviews, due diligence, and other tasks, with opportunities to participate in the full project execution process.
"What We Expect From You"
- Top domestic or international university, STEM/business background preferred, with excellent Chinese and English reading and writing skills;
- Deep understanding of one or more tech-to-B industry verticals;
- 1-2 prior internships at investment institutions/consulting/equity research;
- Smart and self-driven, curious, able to learn quickly and solve problems;
- Strong fundamental thinking ability and solid communication skills;
- Minimum 3 days per week, preference for longer-term interns.
Post-Investment Empowerment Intern — Beijing
(Start ASAP)
"What You'll Do"
- Assist the fund's post-investment team with post-investment empowerment work;
- Partial industry talent mapping and recruitment work.
"What We Expect From You"
- At least one HR internship experience;
- Minimum 3 days per week, at least 3 months.
Investor Relations Intern — Shanghai

"What You'll Do"
- Assist the IR team with data collection, organization, and analysis;
- Assist in writing various reports/materials.
"What We Expect From You"
- Clear logic, meticulous work, strong paperwork skills;
- Smart, with some finance/legal/financial expertise, consulting/audit/law firm internship experience preferred;
- Minimum 3 days per week, at least 3 months.
