Yunqi Capital | CES 2026 Review: They're Changing the World
Multiple Yunqi Capital portfolio companies made concentrated appearances.

CES has never been just a product launch event — it's a barometer for where consumer hardware is headed.
As AI capabilities keep expanding, they're sparking more and more hardware innovation. The real center of gravity at CES is no longer hardware specs, but rather "how AI actually gets moving and gets to work." And at this year's CES, Chinese exhibitors delivered some of the most compelling answers.
Several Yunqi Capital portfolio companies — combining imagination with technical chops — showed off their latest progress on the ground: from remote operation across the Pacific, to single-person video creation tools; from humanoid and delivery robots weaving through exhibition halls, to autonomous logistics networks covering the "last 100 meters"; to everyday scenes around pools, lawns, and gardens being systematically reimagined and rebuilt.
In this edition of Yunqi Capital, we're sharing highlights from CES featuring portfolio companies including Neolix, Keenon Robotics, XTransfer, RealMan Intelligent, Aiper, Hohem, and Sunseeker Robotics.
Neolix:
Ditching the Maps, Conquering the "Last 100 Meters"
2019, Led Series A
Neolix debuted its new X1 product at CES, designed for the "last 100 meters" of logistics. The X1 can seamlessly navigate both indoor and outdoor environments, autonomously handling sidewalks, office buildings, and elevators. It joins the already mass-deployed X3, X6, and H12 models to form a complete autonomous delivery chain.
The company also showcased its next-generation autonomous logistics solution for large-scale fleets, integrating a full-domain intelligent dispatch system with map-free L4 autonomous driving technology. This enables end-to-end automation from order processing and route planning to real-time dispatch, already supporting stable operations for fleets of over 10,000 vehicles.

Neolix's AI-driven next-generation autonomous logistics solution also made its CES appearance. Built specifically to optimize large-scale unmanned fleets, it combines two core technical breakthroughs: a full-domain intelligent dispatch system and map-free L4 autonomous driving. The dispatch system is built on large models and deep learning, achieving full-lifecycle automation of logistics operations. Map-free L4 autonomous driving is a technology Neolix already put into commercial use in 2025. By integrating advanced perception with AI decision-making, Neolix vehicles achieve centimeter-level positioning without relying on high-definition maps.
Keenon Robotics:
The Full Embodied Robot Lineup
2017, Led Series A
Global leader in general-purpose and specialized embodied humanoid robots Keenon Robotics brought its humanoid robot XMAN-R1, cleaning robots C40 and C55, and delivery robot T10 to the show.
At CES, XMAN-R1 greeted visitors, handed out welcome candy, and demonstrated dexterous grasping along with human-like gestures including heart signs and waves — vividly showing its ability to understand and execute complex tasks, plus its potential for natural, friendly interaction.
Delivery robot T10 performed item deliveries throughout the exhibition area, flexibly planning routes, proactively avoiding pedestrians, and accurately handing items to visitors — multiple demonstrations validating its stable, reliable performance in complex, high-traffic environments.
Cleaning robots C40 and C55 carried out continuous autonomous cleaning operations on site, demonstrating their practical value in malls, hotels, hospitals, and similar venues.

XTransfer:
B2B Cross-Border Trade Payment Solutions
2017, Co-led Angel Round
XTransfer made its CES debut as an exhibitor, marking its formal acceleration into North and South American markets. The company will provide secure, compliant, and efficient cross-border payment solutions for foreign trade businesses engaged in China-US trade, helping global trade capital flow more smoothly.
At this year's CES, XTransfer showcased its innovation capabilities and core strengths in B2B cross-border trade payments to global buyers, sellers, and partners, further building brand influence in North America and worldwide.

RealMan Intelligent:
Cross-Pacific Teleoperation, Building a "Remote Workforce Network"
2022, Led Series A
RealMan completed a real-time cross-Pacific teleoperation demo from Beijing to Las Vegas. By building a remote operations network connecting its "humanoid robot data training center" to the CES booth, embodied intelligence trainers in Beijing could remotely and precisely control the RealBOT wheeled folding robot to complete real-world tasks like delivering items and passing fruit.
The core of this remote operations network is converting human operator capabilities into schedulable, quality-inspectable, billable networked services. Through an immersive remote operation interface, operators can direct robots in real time — from daily tidying and搬运 to higher-complexity jobs like pipeline inspection and power management.
As a system-level infrastructure platform for the embodied intelligence era, RealMan is gradually building three foundational capabilities: "hardware + data + remote workforce network," spanning power joints, robotic arms, and complete robot bodies; data assets and industrial deployment; and super factories and industrial ecosystems. The remote workforce network is a critical vehicle for efficient, large-scale commercialization.

Aiper:
Cognitive AI, Leading the Smart Yard Transformation
2025, Invested in Series C
Aiper unveiled multiple new products at CES and introduced "Cognitive AI" technology for the first time. Based on this technology, the world's first six-in-one pool cleaning robot with Cognitive AI, Scuba V3 Ultra, officially debuted — capable of integrated surface, shallow water, floor, wall, waterline cleaning, and water quality management.
Also on display, the Scuba V5-X features an all-in-one base station integrating LiDAR, sonar radar, and AI vision, enabling automatic return-to-dock, charging, self-cleaning, and water quality management. The newly launched IrriSense 2 smart irrigation system supports multi-zone precision irrigation, creating personalized watering plans based on the growth characteristics of different plants across lawns and flower beds, with water savings of up to 40%.

Hohem:
From Stabilizers to Vlog Cameras
Continuous AI Imaging Innovation
2024, Invested in Series B
Hohem debuted its Vlog camera Hohem Eyepic at CES. With a unique "detachable modular design" combining a three-axis gimbal with a magnetic camera module, it enables free switching between handheld stabilized shooting and creative perspectives — marking the company's key expansion from AI stabilizers into the Vlog camera赛道.
In combined mode, Hohem Eyepic is a gimbal camera with three-axis stabilization; when detached, the camera module can be used independently via magnetic attachment, while the main unit becomes a wireless monitoring and control terminal — solving the "blind shooting" problem for solo creators.
On the software side, Hohem Eyepic features a built-in AI Vlog mode that automatically recognizes highlight scenes like basketball and family moments, then edits and scores them. With a rotatable touchscreen enabling lossless horizontal-to-vertical switching, it's better suited to short-form video creation needs.

Sunseeker Robotics:
Becoming the Commercial Landscaping "Super Gardener"
2026, Invested in Series B
Sunseeker Robotics, a brand under Baima Technology, showcased its next-generation flagship Sunseeker Elite X9 series smart lawn mowing robots, targeting large-area lawn scenarios and formally entering the commercial smart landscaping domain. A single unit can complete 3–6 acres of lawn work within 48 hours, with multi-machine collaborative deployment supported.
The X9 series features the OmniSight™ panoramic perception system composed of 16 sensors, combined with AONavi™ intelligent navigation technology and a 10 TOPS computing chip. It maintains stable operation even in GPS-limited environments, with climbing capability up to 42° to handle complex terrain. (More details here)
