Under this partnership, the two parties will collaborate to accelerate the deployment of autonomous driving technology in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, with a specific focus on improving logistics efficiency in the region, building an intelligent urban ecosystem coordination system for the Middle East, and injecting new momentum into the region's digital transformation.

As the only company in the global autonomous driving industry with a fleet exceeding 10,000 vehicles, Neolix has achieved commercial validation in over 100 cities across China with its popular X3 and X6 models. Its revolutionary integrated "vision-to-action" large model for autonomous delivery, "Neolix-VA", along with its industry-unique mapless technology, offer distinctive advantages for global expansion.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, K2 Group is a leading UAE state-owned AI technology company focused on cutting-edge fields including autonomous driving and robotics.
This strategic alliance will combine Neolix's core technical strengths in AI perception, decision-making engines, and autonomous vehicle hardware with K2 Group's deep market insights and localized operational experience in the Middle East to jointly develop autonomous delivery solutions adapted to the desert climate, diverse terrain, and local regulatory standards of the Middle East region.

The two parties have established a solid foundation for cooperation. Previously, Neolix collaborated with K2 Group's subsidiary AutoGo to obtain the UAE's first autonomous delivery vehicle license, securing road permits for both the X3 and X6 models. The partners will work together to drive large-scale deployment in the UAE, creating the world's second national-level RoboVan localization and large-scale deployment and operation system outside of China.
Neolix Founder and CEO Enyuan Yu stated: "We are honored to partner with K2 to support the UAE's national strategy in smart mobility and artificial intelligence. Through technology empowerment and talent collaboration, Neolix will work with K2 to accelerate the deployment of autonomous delivery in the UAE, build a sustainable localized ecosystem, and lead the future of intelligent transportation."
K2 Group General Manager Sean Teo stated: "The strategic partnership between K2 and Neolix will jointly advance the development of autonomous driving systems, combining K2's local market experience with Neolix's global expertise in large-scale deployment. This cooperation is not merely technology importation, but the creation of an ecosystem that empowers local talent and the future of urban mobility."

This partnership marks significant progress in Neolix's Middle East market expansion and injects momentum into the UAE's national AI strategy. Going forward, both parties will continue to explore innovative applications of autonomous delivery in logistics, retail, and last-mile services, using intelligent technology to drive smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable urban transportation development, and supporting the UAE in building a new paradigm for smart mobility.
