This round was led by Delta Capital, with joint investment from Shanghai Semiconductor Industry Investment, Yongxing Materials (002756.SZ), Bangsheng Capital, Yihe Capital, and others. This marks the company's third funding round within two years of its founding, following earlier support from Yunqi Capital, Lianxin Capital, and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Venture Capital.
Morph Intelligence was co-founded by CEO Lingjie Xu and CTO Chen Jin, dedicated to providing high-performance, high-quality, high-value-added Token products for the global general artificial intelligence industry.
