Yitu Technology Closes Pre-A Round, How AIOS Is Reimagining Automotive Smart Spaces | Yunqi Capital
Another follow-on investment, continuing the journey together.

Recently, Yitu Technology, a Yunqi Capital portfolio company focused on "AI + automotive," announced the completion of its Pre-A funding round. The round was led by Xuhui Capital, with Denning Capital participating, and Yunqi Capital, as an angel-round investor, also followed on. The funds will be primarily directed toward R&D for automotive vertical large language models and an intelligent cockpit AIOS system, accelerating mass production deliveries and leading the commercialization of full-stack in-vehicle AI capabilities.
Founded in June 2023, Yitu Technology is built around the trend of automotive intelligence. The company is committed to independently developing an intelligent cockpit AIOS system with the goal of transforming cars from transportation tools into intelligent spaces. Yunqi Capital has long focused on "technology-enabled industrial upgrading," with intelligent driving being one of its sustained areas of interest, looking forward to more convenient mobility experiences brought by technological progress.

The decision to follow on was driven by a clear view of Yitu Technology's product evolution and mass production delivery capabilities over the past year. Going forward, AI + automotive will optimize intelligent cockpit services and provide proactive care beyond safety and efficiency. Yitu Technology's meticulous refinement of automotive vertical large models has precisely captured the window for large-scale vehicle deployment.

Technical Breakthrough: Defining a New Paradigm for Spatial Intelligence
This year, Yitu Technology will focus on independently developing its intelligent cockpit AIOS system, leveraging AI architecture, AI services, AI interaction, and in-vehicle large models as entry points to launch four core products: an in-vehicle intent brain, L3-level intelligent agents, AI-HMI, and an AIOA full-vehicle service framework. This will enable cars with full-scenario deep reasoning capabilities, completing proactive closed-loop services through multimodal generative interaction and coordinated intelligent agent ecosystems, driving the evolution of cars from "transportation tools" to "intelligent spaces."
Industry Outlook: From "Car Assistant" to "Full-Scenario Assistant"
As cockpit-driving fusion AI domains become industry consensus, this year will mark the explosive first year of intelligent agents entering vehicles. China's automotive industry ecosystem is facing vertical integration, with hardware-software decoupling, cockpit-driving fusion, and AI large model deployment all becoming buzzwords of the smart car era. Amid these developments lie genuine new opportunities, but they also test companies' ability to make forward-looking judgments, expand business, and deliver at scale.
CEO Wu Xiaohang stated: "The founding vision of Yitu was to explore the possibilities of more intelligent terminal applications in the AGI era. In the age of AI-defined cars, we firmly believe that smart vehicle product experiences and technical architectures will be redefined by AI. We hope that through full-stack AI technical capabilities and product innovation, Yitu can help OEMs create ultimate AI mobility experiences. In the future, Yitu will also expand 'one brain, multiple endpoints' applications, pushing spatial intelligence into more industries."
