Which intern positions offer conversion to full-time?
· Convertible position: Investment Analyst
· Locations: Beijing, Shanghai

What kind of candidates are we looking for?
(1) Skill set: Solid financial analysis capabilities (ability to analyze corporate financial data and build financial models independently) and industry research skills. Prior internship experience in investment / investment banking / consulting / equity research is preferred;
(2) Attributes: Independent thinking + optimism and integrity + reliability + teamwork. Proven strong learning ability with genuine passion for technology innovation and the business world;
(3) Background: Top-tier domestic or international universities. Master's, PhD, or MBA students graduating in 2025 or 2026. All majors welcome — finance, economics, management, or STEM backgrounds all acceptable. Must be available for substantial full-time internship commitment.

How is conversion eligibility determined?
This program is a selective Investment Analyst track for current students. Candidates must begin their internship before formal graduation.
(1) Timeline: Phase 1 is a 3-month internship period. If both parties are interested, this extends into a 3-month conversion observation period (high performers may be accelerated);
(2) Conversion application: Each phase concludes with a formal conversion defense process. Active interns may participate through mentor nomination or self-application;
(3) Joining Yunqi: Successful candidates receive an advance Return Offer, formally joining the firm upon graduation.

What is the application process?
This recruitment targets spring/summer 2024 internships. Applications open in April, with a mid-May deadline. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Final decisions will be communicated by end of May after all interviews conclude.

What are the options for timing and location?
Minimum 3-month internship commitment, on-site required. Locations: Shanghai (Anfu Road, Xuhui) and Beijing (Wangjing East, Chaoyang). Minimum 4 days per week in office.
Candidates may indicate earliest available start date; specific timing is negotiable.

Can overseas students apply?
Yes. Overseas candidates follow the same application process with the same internship timeline. For students based in North America, we offer remote work options for US East Coast or US West Coast time zones. Candidates in all other regions must participate on-site in Beijing or Shanghai.
