➤➤➤ Recently, Yunqi Capital early-stage portfolio company Sobot — an integrated customer engagement solution provider — partnered with new Chinese-style tea brand ChaYanYueSe to upgrade intelligent customer engagement scenarios through Sobot's "online chatbot + live human agent + call center" product suite.

ChaYanYueSe is a new Chinese-style tea brand founded in 2013 in Changsha, widely regarded by milk tea enthusiasts nationwide as the "ceiling of milk tea" and even a must-visit culinary destination in the city. Through its approach of reimagining Chinese tea, ChaYanYueSe has distilled its own DNA from the collision of tradition and modernity, unlocking entirely new flavors from China's rich tea heritage.

As of early December 2022, ChaYanYueSe had built nearly 500 directly operated stores across nine cities: Changsha, Changde, Wuhan, Zhuzhou, Yueyang, Hengyang, Xiangtan, Chongqing, and Nanjing, becoming a beloved new tea brand among young consumers.

To deliver better consultation experiences for consumers, ChaYanYueSe signed with Sobot to build fully integrated service and marketing operations.

On the digital front, Sobot first deployed its chatbot and live chat across ChaYanYueSe's official WeChat account and mini-program channels. Based on historical service data, it extracted common high-frequency customer questions to enrich the chatbot's external knowledge base. Through the chatbot's suggested common questions, customers are guided through "pre-service" interactions, freeing up human agent capacity. For low-frequency, complex issues, seamless escalation to human agents is available with one click, with frontline agents handling all inquiries through a unified live chat backend.

On the voice side, ChaYanYueSe applied Sobot's call center for telemarketing scenarios, delivering clearer, more stable call experiences to C-end customers and improving conversion rates. Sobot achieved unified agent workspaces across digital and voice channels, allowing agents to flexibly switch between work modes and boost service and marketing efficiency.

Going forward, Sobot will continue empowering ChaYanYueSe's business with expanded customer engagement capabilities, creating greater value for clients and making every interaction more efficient.
