New "Intelligent Species" Gains Widespread Attention in Europe

Interest in service robots is picking up across Europe. Keenon Robotics, a Yunqi Capital portfolio company from its very first round, recently made an appearance at the BOSS show during Milan Fashion Week while simultaneously exhibiting at HostMilano in Italy — marking the European market debut of four new service robot models: the T10, T9 Pro, T3, and C30.

European countries and regions, where labor costs rank among the highest globally, are opening their arms to service robots as an entirely new "intelligent species" poised to transform service industry traditions. At the BOSS show during Milan Fashion Week, Keenon is making robotic technology a new kind of fashion. At the venue, Keenon's service robots navigated with precision, circulated through the space, served drinks, and delivered items — becoming a striking visual feature of the show and fitting seamlessly into this "technological utopia." Through AI-powered human-like expressions, voice, and light-based human-machine "communication," the robots delivered service with a distinctive sense of freedom and comfort.

Built on advanced AI as its technical foundation, designed to operate in complex indoor environments and adapt to diverse commercial scenarios, Keenon's commercial service robots feature proprietary SLAM algorithms and multi-sensor fusion that enable outstanding autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance; their motion control excels at emergency stops, climbing, shock absorption, and navigating narrow passages. With a commitment to exceptional industrial design, long-duration operational reliability, and cutting-edge multimodal human-machine interaction, Keenon robots have captured leading global market share and brand reputation through superior product strength. Particularly notable among the new products unveiled at Europe's HostMilano exhibition is the T10, which integrates four key capabilities — "delivery expert," "panoramic perception," "multimodal interaction," and "advertising and marketing" — into a single unit, featuring a humanized "natural interaction" head. This function mimics human head movements such as nodding, tilting, and turning left or right for side glances; touching the body triggers haptic vibration feedback, along with light and expression-based responses for human-machine interaction. Additionally, the T10 is equipped with a 23-inch high-definition display and incorporates a cloud-based advertising and marketing operations system, enabling automated task execution that combines customer flow generation with all-purpose delivery.

Another new product drawing considerable attention is the ultra-capable cleaning robot C30. The C30 features four core cleaning functions, with a single-session cleaning area of no less than 1,500 square meters, distinguished by professional-grade cleaning, portability and ease of use, intelligent agility, and cloud-based management. Also on display were the T9 Pro and T3: the T9 Pro offers a more fluid and "seamless" open-style delivery and pickup experience, while the enclosed-cabin T3, designed for long-distance delivery, delivers further improvements in delivery safety and reliability.
