01 About WAIC 2024
WAIC 2024 is a premier showcase for China's and the world's most advanced AI technologies. This year's conference is co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Cyberspace Administration of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Association for Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Municipal Government.
This year's exhibition spans over 52,000 square meters, running from July 4-7. Centered on the theme "Governing AI for Good and for All," the conference focuses on large language models, computing power, robotics, autonomous driving, and other key areas. It will feature a concentrated display of the latest "AI+" innovative applications and debut a number of groundbreaking products.
