2026 "Target" of One Million Units in Mass Production

Recently, the "China Intelligent Driving Industry Trends White Paper (2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper") was released, naming Yunqi Capital angel-round portfolio company DeepRoute as one of the three most representative leading enterprises in China's intelligent driving sector.

What new growth has DeepRoute achieved in product delivery and market ecosystem? Read on with this edition of "Yunqi Partner."

The above white paper was researched and written by the China Automotive New Supply Chain Research Institute, a research arm of Economic Observer. It points out that in the evolution of intelligent driving technology, leading suppliers represented by "Hua Yuan Mo" (Huawei, DeepRoute, and Momenta) have gradually become the dominant competitive force in the industry.

Particularly in the technology and market competition for urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) scenarios, the market performance of leading suppliers reveals the close relationship between technological innovation, commercialization progress, and market demand.

From a market data perspective, since 2025, DeepRoute has maintained rapid growth in the urban NOA market. According to the White Paper, in October 2025, DeepRoute's single-month market share reached 38%, ranking first in the industry. Its growth multiplier reached 2.7x, far exceeding other competitors. Additionally, installation scale and penetration speed have continued to increase, with particularly notable landing performance in mainstream price-segment vehicles.

The White Paper believes that DeepRoute's growth momentum has set new competitive standards for the entire industry. With its continued explosive growth, its leadership position in the intelligent driving industry has gradually become clear.

In fact, throughout 2025, DeepRoute continued to hit new highs in mass production and delivery. According to company disclosures, its advanced assisted driving solution has been equipped on more than 15 mass-production models, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 200,000 units in its first year of mass production. Currently, a rhythm is forming where flagship models launch first and mass-production models continue to scale up, with steady progress in mass production.

From a user data perspective, the trend toward high-frequency assisted driving usage has also become increasingly apparent. According to DeepRoute disclosures, in 2025, average assisted driving mileage per user reached 22,600 kilometers, with the longest single-user assisted driving mileage reaching 137,000 kilometers and the longest usage duration reaching 1,383 hours.

As intelligent driving shifts from the functional verification stage to the large-scale delivery stage, industry demands for stability, replicability, and delivery capability continue to rise. Leading enterprises with sustained mass production and landing capabilities will occupy more solid positions in future competition.

With the new year underway, more breakthroughs are on the horizon. Shortly after 2026 began, DeepRoute announced good news: it has reached an L3-level autonomous driving project cooperation with an international top-tier OEM. The company will also continue to advance deliveries of existing models and scale expansion, with its mass production target for the new year "aiming at" 1 million vehicles.

Yunqi Capital continues to walk alongside innovators, and looks forward to DeepRoute achieving more milestones in the wave of China's intelligent driving industry!
