Hard Tech Track

Managing Director / Executive Director

Responsibilities

1. Develop deep and distinctive sector insights in hard tech sub-fields, assess technology evolution trends, market pain points, and commercialization potential, and formulate investment strategies accordingly.

2. Drive critical deal execution, coordinating resources to complete project evaluation and execution.

3. Lead post-investment management and exit strategy formulation to continuously enhance portfolio value.

4. Conduct industry and market research to provide professional support for investment decisions.

5. Contribute to team building and industry partnerships, strengthening the firm's brand and resource accumulation.

Base: Shanghai / Beijing

Requirements

1. Master's degree or above from a top domestic or international institution; candidates with combined STEM and finance backgrounds preferred; extensive hard tech investment experience with familiarity across the full investment lifecycle.

2. Strong investment judgment and decision-making capabilities; prior exit experience preferred.

3. Sustained engagement with and understanding of the hard tech sector, with accumulated industry resources.

4. Ability to coordinate multi-party resources to advance projects, with risk awareness and value-creation capabilities.

Hard Tech Track

Investment Manager / Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Conduct industry research in hard tech sub-sectors including semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, new energy, and new materials; regularly produce research reports and proactively identify and preliminarily evaluate early-stage investment opportunities.

2. Participate in various due diligence processes, including expert interviews, user research, and supply chain investigations, providing corresponding investment recommendations.

3. Cover assigned sectors and support transaction execution, participating in investment negotiations, signing, and closing to ensure smooth deal progress.

4. Assist with post-investment management of portfolio companies.

Base: Shanghai / Beijing

Requirements

1. Master's degree or above from a well-known domestic or international institution, with a background in computer science, electronics, mechanical engineering, materials science, or other hard tech disciplines; candidates with combined technical and commercial backgrounds preferred.

2. 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent industry research, financial analysis, and deal sourcing capabilities; ability to proactively develop deal channels and efficiently execute due diligence, valuation modeling, and other investment processes.

3. Strong passion for hard tech and early-stage investing; ability to rapidly grasp technical principles and business logic, form independent insights, and adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.

4. Outstanding communication and coordination skills; ability to build strong relationships with team members, partners, and portfolio companies; truth-seeking and pragmatic, self-driven, with mature self-awareness and high sense of responsibility.
