Yunqi Capital | Noematrix Closes Series A Funding Round
R&D iteration and commercial deployment are accelerating.
Recently, Yunqi Capital portfolio company Noematrix announced the completion of its Series A funding round, raising several hundred million RMB, led by C Capital with follow-on investments from Sea Limited, Puhua Capital, and other overseas industry players and leading domestic financial investors. This round will further accelerate R&D iteration of Noematrix's embodied intelligence brain, multi-scenario commercial deployment, and international expansion through deeper industry partnerships — solidifying the company's leading position in the embodied intelligence space. Yunqi Capital first partnered with Noematrix at the Pre-A++ stage.

Since its founding over two years ago, Noematrix has achieved significant breakthroughs in embodied intelligence data definition and toolchain development. Addressing the pain points of difficult data collection and scaling in embodied intelligence, the company pioneered the "companion-style data collection" concept and developed proprietary data collection hardware including the CoMiner exoskeleton and RoboPocket portable device. By building a physical-world database through embodied digital genes, Noematrix has created a full-stack data collection platform spanning acquisition, management, and hardware support, and established strategic partnerships with leading humanoid robot companies including UBTECH, as well as large regional data collection centers and cross-border data collection bases.
On the commercialization front, Noematrix has launched integrated hardware-software solutions powered by its self-developed brain, partnering with industry giants in hotel services and retail pharmacies to drive batch deployment in real-world scenarios. In the smart pharmacy use case, the company has achieved full-process implementation, with robots completing end-to-end long-horizon tasks including order receiving, picking, and packaging — fully validating the practicality and reliability of embodied intelligence technology in real commercial environments. Meanwhile, the company continues to deepen its presence across diverse application scenarios including hotel laundry, home organization, and logistics sorting, demonstrating high generalization capability of its technology while continuously refining rapid deployment capabilities.
