Yunqi Capital portfolio company Zhongtian Anchic has announced a new round of equity financing, with strategic investor Black Sesame Technologies among the backers.

Following this round, Zhongtian Anchic will build on Black Sesame's chip platform to develop a next-generation "traffic safety intelligent agent" — combining high-compute automotive-grade chips with multimodal large models to redefine safety, efficiency, and management standards for commercial vehicles, opening up a new paradigm of full-lifecycle, continuously evolving intelligent safety for the global transportation industry.

Zhongtian Anchic fully leverages its integrated "edge-edge-cloud" architecture: at the vehicle level (edge), it achieves multi-dimensional sensor fusion and millisecond-level risk detection using the Wudang series chips; at the roadside level (edge), lightweight edge nodes enable regional coordination and beyond-line-of-sight risk reprioritization to rapidly optimize driving strategies; at the cloud level, big data and multimodal large models drive weekly algorithm iteration, fleet health analytics, and management decision optimization — comprehensively advancing transportation intelligence.
