Recently, D-Robotics announced the completion of a $150 million Series B2 funding round, bringing its total Series B financing to $270 million. This round was jointly supported by strategic investors including a major retail technology and supply chain conglomerate, Prosperity7 Ventures, and Envision Group, alongside leading financial institutions such as Muhua Capital, Yunfeng Capital, Huakong Fund (T-Capital), LOOK CAPITAL, and KaiLian Capital. Existing shareholders including Hillhouse, Hermitage Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, DiDi, 5Y Capital, Monad Ventures, Plum Ventures, and Vertex Growth (Temasek) continued their follow-on investments. The funding will accelerate D-Robotics' global expansion of its commercial and developer ecosystem, supported by its embodied-intelligence-native technology foundation that integrates hardware-software synergy and edge-cloud unity, opening new growth frontiers for the global robotics industry.
