AheadForm announced it has raised a new round of over 100 million yuan. This marks the company's third funding round this year. The round was led by Ant Group, with Jinqiu Fund as a co-investor, and also brought in well-known VC firms including Houxue Capital and HLC, as well as research institution funds such as Pengcheng Vision Fund. Existing shareholders Shunwei Capital, China Merchants Venture Capital, and Taihill all continued to invest above their pro-rata allocations. Shenlan Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. Proceeds will primarily go toward iterating its emotional foundation model and deploying applications across multiple scenarios.
