AI startup Humanify (人格智能) announced it has raised tens of millions of RMB in seed funding. The round was led by 5Y Capital, with MiraclePlus (Dr. Qi Lu) participating. The funds will be primarily used for model and OS R&D, team expansion, and accelerating the deployment of intelligence in real-world scenarios.
Founded in 2024, Humanify focuses on developing next-generation human-like models and an AI-native operating system. Unlike tool-centric AI companies that prioritize functional efficiency, Humanify has from day one set its sights on "human-like cognition and autonomous consciousness" in AI — committing to integrating human-like intelligence into daily life and exploring the long-term forms of intelligence in real-world contexts.
Humanify's core founding team hails from Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, and other leading institutions, with talent spanning AI model algorithms, systems engineering, and product design. Its founder, Aaron Yee (易和阳), holds a PhD in artificial intelligence from Zhejiang University and is a serial entrepreneur. He previously founded an ecological infrastructure serving over a million users with payment-grade reliability, and has consistently advanced the practical application of large models and intelligent systems across academic and industry projects — bringing extensive experience in AI systems research and platform-level product deployment.
