Recently, 5Y Capital (hereinafter referred to as "5Y Capital" or "the Company") discovered false reports circulating online claiming that the Huiming App had announced the completion of its first round of funding totaling $10 million, with 5Y Capital listed among its investors. After verification, the Company hereby issues the following solemn statement:
The claim in relevant reports that 5Y Capital is an investor in the Huiming App is untrue. 5Y Capital has never invested in, nor does it intend to invest in, the Huiming App. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against those misappropriating its brand for false publicity. The Company reminds investors that the Huiming App has no relationship whatsoever with 5Y Capital. Please remain vigilant to avoid being deceived.
