Recently, our company has discovered that criminals are using websites, apps, WeChat, Weibo, and other channels to impersonate our staff and operate under the names of 5Y Capital, 五源, and 5Y Capital (hereinafter collectively referred to as "5Y Capital"), publishing false information and conducting illegal activities including fundraising, wealth management, capital raising, product sales, stocks, funds, and click-farming schemes.
5Y Capital hereby makes the following solemn statement:
5Y Capital has never authorized, and will never authorize, any entity or individual to conduct any public fundraising activities in the name of 5Y Capital through websites, apps, WeChat, Weibo, or any other channel. All individuals or groups engaged in the above activities are conducting illegal fundraising; our company has no legal or commercial relationship with such illegal activities. These illegal acts have seriously damaged our company's image and reputation, and we reserve all rights to pursue legal liability against such illegal entities or individuals.
We especially remind the general public not to trust such false information, to avoid suffering property losses.
