FreeS Fund ranked in 36Kr's "Top 30 Early-Stage Investment Firms Most Recognized by LPs in China 2021"

On May 12, 36Kr released its series of rankings for investment firms most recognized by LPs and funds of funds most watched by GPs, and FreeS Fund was named in 36Kr's "Top 30 Early-Stage Investment Firms Most Recognized by LPs in China 2021."

36Kr's venture capital research institute continued its evaluation criteria across fundraising, investing, portfolio management, and exits, drawing extensively on LP feedback through surveys and interviews. It selected winners for 36Kr's 2021 White Horse Award ("China's Most LP-Recognized Investment Firms"), Dark Horse Award ("China's Dark Horse Funds"), and "China's Most Promising First-Time Funds," among others. Given the ongoing IPO boom extending into this year, 36Kr also refined its weighting for "exits" (30%) — the dimension most directly tied to LP returns. On May 13, ChinaVenture announced its awards for "Best VC Firms 2020," "Best Early-Stage VC Firms 2020," and "Best Limited Partners 2020," with FreeS Fund named in both "Top 20 Best Early-Stage VC Firms in China 2020" and "Top 20 Best Investment Firms in China's New Consumer Sector 2020."

For 15 consecutive years, ChinaVenture has published its independent third-party rankings of China's venture capital and private equity investment firms — the "ChinaVenture Rankings." Drawing on CVSource data and standardized by the ChinaVenture Research Institute, the rankings use an aggregate points system covering over a thousand active PE/VC firms. Known for their rigorous standards, professionalism, and authority, these rankings are widely regarded as a bellwether for China's equity investment industry and serve as a key reference for major institutional LPs when making allocation decisions.

On April 21, at the 2021 Future Retail Conference New Consumer Summit, Yibang Power presented awards to 15 outstanding investment firms in the new consumer sector, with FreeS Fund receiving "Best Investment Firm in New Consumer 2021."
