Smart logistics is an inevitable trend. At its core is the intelligent automation of every link in the logistics chain, and that begins with digitizing each of those links.

Vehicle-mounted intelligent weighing SaaS service platform "Shenzhen Hande" announced the completion of an 80 million RMB Series A funding round, with investors including Qianhai Equity Investment FOF, Lingyi Venture Capital, and FreeS Fund. This round follows Shenzhen Hande's 2017 funding led by FreeS Fund and Eastern Bell Capital, bringing total funding to over 100 million RMB. The new capital will be used for technology R&D and team building.

As a pioneer in the vehicle-mounted intelligent weighing field, Shenzhen Hande leverages industry-leading AI algorithms and an AIoT technology platform,切入 from the weight dimension to independently develop its "Vehicle-Mounted Intelligent Weighing Management Platform." This provides China's logistics market with an integrated vehicle-mounted intelligent weighing system and data analysis management platform, offering intelligent management solutions to general freight logistics companies, bulk commodity transportation enterprises in coal, cement, and steel trade, sanitation companies, and tens of thousands of freight fleets — covering freight flow control, big data analytics, and smart equipment. Disrupting Tradition, Unlocking a New Dimension of IoT

As a technology company focused on vehicle-mounted weighing for seven years, Shenzhen Hande connects sensing devices installed in vehicles in real time, relying on nationally leading AI algorithms to determine cargo weight based on monitoring the structural deformation of axle rigid structures during loading — with error controlled within 2%. At the same time, by capturing weight information throughout the transportation process, it enables intelligent functions including flow control, real-time weighing, overload alarms, unbalanced load warnings, transshipment monitoring, loading rate monitoring, loading/unloading efficiency monitoring, and big data analytics.

Compared to traditional weighbridge methods, where trucks must pass over scales twice to measure cargo weight, the old approach is costly — 50-100 RMB per weighing plus time and labor costs — and inefficient. Weighbridges are immobile, allowing only single-point weight verification, potentially requiring fleets to make repeated trips. Manufacturers cannot monitor cargo changes during transit, making diverted or swapped goods common.

Shenzhen Hande's vehicle-mounted intelligent weighing directly addresses these pain points of traditional weighbridge weighing, disrupting cargo data collection methods and unlocking a new dimension of IoT.

Throughout the process, the system automatically determines whether unloading is completed. If so, it automatically checks whether the location is within the designated zone. If unloading occurs in the designated zone, the system automatically marks the transport task as normal. If the system detects unloading outside the designated zone, it issues a flow violation alert, triggering manual review and determination. The platform provides objective trajectory, weight, and zone data to managers, helping them make fair and objective judgments on whether a violation occurred.

In the sanitation industry, Shenzhen Hande uses its independently developed sensor weighing method to provide complete "Vehicle-Mounted Intelligent Weighing Solutions" for various specialized sanitation vehicles including bucket-loading garbage trucks, dump garbage trucks, chain-type kitchen waste trucks, and medical waste transport vehicles — playing a significant role in garbage transfer processes.
