Recently, fraudulent actors have been impersonating FreeS Fund, FreeS/FREES, or using the fabricated name "Frees Fund" to disseminate false information and conduct financing, wealth management, and other activities through websites, apps, WeChat, and other channels.
FreeS Fund hereby makes the following solemn statement: FreeS Fund has never conducted any financing, wealth management, capital raising, or similar activities through public channels such as websites, apps, or WeChat, nor has it ever acted under the name "Frees Fund" or authorized any entity to engage in such activities. Investors are urged not to trust such false information to avoid financial and property losses. If you have already been affected, please promptly report to public security authorities and regulatory agencies to protect your rights.
Any unauthorized use of the "FreeS Fund" and "FreeS" brand names constitutes infringement. FreeS Fund reserves the right to take further legal action to hold such individuals or entities accountable.
