Important Statement on Fraudulent Actors Misappropriating the "FreeS Fund" Brand to Publish False Information for Fundraising and Wealth Management Schemes

Recently, we learned that fraudsters have been impersonating FreeS Fund or FreeS Fund employees, misappropriating the names "FreeS Fund," "FREES FUND/FreeS" (collectively referred to as "FreeS Fund"), or using a fabricated entity called "FreeS Capital Limited" to publish false information through websites, apps, WeChat, and other channels for fundraising and wealth management activities. After receiving reports, our company has taken this matter very seriously. Following verification, we hereby issue this solemn statement:

  1. FreeS Fund's full legal name is "Shanghai Ziyou Investment Management Co., Ltd." It is a private equity and venture capital fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China (registration number: P1026342). FreeS Fund has never authorized, and will never authorize, any entity or individual to conduct any public fundraising activities in the name of FreeS Fund through websites, apps, WeChat, Weibo, or any other channels.

  2. FreeS Fund has never organized any WeChat groups, QQ groups, or similar groups to conduct fundraising activities or induce investors to invest. Any so-called "FreeS Fund Task Groups," "FreeS VIP Groups," or other WeChat or QQ groups, as well as individuals claiming to be "FreeS Fund Dispatchers," "FreeS Mentors," or "FreeS Investment Department" representatives, are all illegal impersonators.

  3. FreeS Fund has never authorized any institution to develop apps for investment or financing purposes. All apps using the FreeS Fund logo or name in app stores are illegal impersonations. Our company will pursue legal liability against the developers in accordance with the law.

These illegal activities have caused serious damage to the FreeS Fund brand. FreeS Fund reserves the right to take further legal action to hold these individuals or entities legally accountable. We also advise victims to report to the police promptly so that these illegal activities can be punished by law.
