Parking is the last segment within the massive mobility sector that has yet to be fully transformed by mobile internet. It's also the intersection point of multiple domains — mobility and automotive aftermarket services, among others — representing enormous market potential. Tingjiandan's founding team brings together years of hands-on offline parking lot management experience with entrepreneurial expertise and capabilities in mobile internet. What's even rarer is that the team is remarkably cohesive and execution-oriented.
Through three years of heads-down work, Tingjiandan has become a significant player in the parking lot intelligent transformation space. Now, its deepened partnership with Ant Group opens up far greater possibilities — whether that's flexible parking space allocation, dynamic pricing for parking spots, parking finance, or parking lot renovation and operations integrated with other service scenarios. Flexible operational methods and diverse service models will allow them to fully leverage their exceptionally deep offline parking lot management experience and their accumulated advantages in parking lot intelligent transformation.

Recently, Tingjiandan, a leading internet parking company in China, announced the completion of a Series B+ funding round of several hundred million RMB. The round was led by Ant Group, with follow-on investment from parking industry capital Sunshine Haitian. Previous investors including Fosun and Red Star Macalline also continued to participate.
Founded in December 2014, Tingjiandan seamlessly integrates internet technology with high-quality offline parking resources, bringing revolutionary change to the traditional parking industry. While providing car owners with innovative parking services and experiences such as electronic payment and parking space sharing, Tingjiandan has also comprehensively upgraded parking lot operation models and management capabilities, significantly improving the operational efficiency and revenue of parking assets.
In recent years, as the smart parking industry has continued to heat up, Tingjiandan's internet parking platform has become a hub connecting high-value, high-frequency scenarios spanning "car owner + vehicle + parking payment + offline consumption." It can simultaneously support innovative functions including connected vehicles and autonomous driving, time-share car rental, new energy vehicle intelligent charging networks, offline consumption scenario upgrades, and urban smart transportation — enabling more car owners to enjoy diversified new parking experiences.
Over its three years of operation, Tingjiandan has strategically focused on large commercial and public parking facilities in core cities. It has established partnerships with over 3,500 high-value parking facilities across 25 domestic cities, covering more than 1.2 million parking spaces and providing parking fee collection and electronic payment services for over 30 million vehicles nationwide.
Following the completion of this funding round, Tingjiandan will deepen its collaboration with Ant Group in smart parking services and parking finance, working together to build a more comprehensive and vertically integrated smart parking ecosystem. Notably, Sunshine Haitian — a leading domestic parking asset management and operations platform that recently received a major investment from Warburg Pincus — also invested in Tingjiandan this round. This will create a new paradigm of online-offline integration and asset-light plus asset-heavy combination in the parking industry.
