BlueRun Ventures Portfolio Company NeoImmuneTech Completes $38 Million Financing to Advance First-in-Class "Myeloid Cell Engager" Immunotherapy Pipeline | BlueRun Family
From Technical Platform Validation to Clinical Value

On May 6, 2026, LTZ Therapeutics (hereinafter referred to as "LTZ" or "the Company"), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on novel immunotherapies, announced the completion of a $38 million financing round. The round was led by Hillhouse (GL Ventures). An international sovereign wealth fund made a substantial follow-on investment. Multiple existing shareholders also increased their stakes, including a global pharmaceutical giant, BlueRun Ventures, Boyu Growth Ventures, 5Y Capital, Unicorn Capital Partners, and Shunwei Capital. Since its founding in 2022, LTZ has raised approximately $130 million in total.
BlueRun Ventures was an investor in LTZ's Series A+ round.

Based on its globally first-in-class proprietary technology platform — U-MCE™ (Universal Myeloid Cell Engager), LTZ will use the proceeds to accelerate the development of its "myeloid cell engager" (MCE) immunotherapy pipeline, with a particular focus on its lead asset LTZ-301 for oncology and autoimmune indications, supporting its ongoing Phase I clinical study which is actively recruiting patients at multiple renowned clinical centers across the United States; and to advance the investigational new drug (IND) application and Phase I clinical initiation for its second candidate, LTZ-232.
Dr. Robert Li, Founder and CEO of LTZ: "The successful completion of this financing will empower LTZ's strategic leap from technology platform validation to clinical value realization, helping us translate the scientific breakthroughs of the U-MCE platform into tangible clinical benefits for patients. With LTZ-301 progressing smoothly in its Phase I study in the United States for relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r NHL), and LTZ-232 approaching IND filing, we are advancing our pipeline at full speed. We look forward to accelerating the clinical translation of novel immunotherapies with the strong support of our investors, fully unlocking the immense potential of myeloid cell biology to address significant unmet clinical needs in oncology and autoimmune diseases."
Coinciding with this financing round, LTZ has formally appointed Ms. Erin Lavelle as an independent director of the company. Ms. Lavelle most recently served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ProfoundBio. During her tenure, she successfully led ProfoundBio's landmark $1.8 billion acquisition by Danish company Genmab, as well as the oversubscribed $112 million Series B financing that preceded the acquisition, and spearheaded ProfoundBio's IPO preparation efforts.

On the Science
LTZ's R&D strategy deeply integrates "Reverse Translational Science" with a profound understanding of tumor microenvironment biology, particularly myeloid cell biology. In the tumor microenvironments of various hematologic and solid tumors, macrophages are among the most abundant immune cell populations. Therefore, effectively mobilizing and activating macrophages to kill tumor cells holds significant therapeutic potential for broad patient populations. LTZ is independently developing the novel U-MCE technology platform, designed to enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages and monocytes across different polarization states, building a broad-spectrum immunotherapeutic barrier against multiple indications in both oncology and non-oncology fields.
About LTZ-301
LTZ-301 is a novel "myeloid cell engager" bispecific antibody that directs macrophages and monocytes to target and eliminate CD79b-positive B cells, enhancing phagocytosis and efficient clearance of tumor cells. CD79b is a specific tumor antigen receptor highly expressed in B-cell malignancies, including cases that have relapsed or become refractory following existing CD19- or CD20-targeted therapies. LTZ-301 is currently in Phase I clinical development in the United States, actively recruiting patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r NHL) at multiple renowned clinical centers. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that LTZ-301 exhibits potent pharmacological activity in both in vitro and in vivo models, with a favorable safety profile.
