AllinkBio announced today that it has completed a $42 million Series A financing round. The round was led by BlueRun Ventures, with participation from YuanSheng Ventures, Legend Capital, and C&D Emerging Investment, alongside follow-on investments from existing shareholders Gaorong Ventures and Med-Fine Capital. AllinkBio is dedicated to developing next-generation bispecific antibody and ADC therapies to bring better treatment options to patients with cancer and immune diseases. The proceeds from this round will help accelerate AllinkBio's global expansion, including advancing its core pipeline candidates ALK201 and ALK202 through Phase I clinical trials in Australia, the United States, and China, while actively broadening its R&D pipeline in oncology and immunology, continuously optimizing its proprietary bispecific antibody and ADC technology platforms, and building a globally influential biotechnology company.
