$50 Million Upfront Payment! Zeon Secures Another Partnership with Global Pharma Giant | BlueRun Ventures Family Headlines
Ze'an Partners with Another Global Pharma Giant

On November 19, 2025, LTZ Therapeutics ("LTZ" or the "Company") announced that, following its strategic partnership with Eli Lilly in July this year, it has reached another milestone collaboration with global pharmaceutical giant GSK plc (LSE/NYSE: GSK, hereinafter "GSK"). Built on LTZ's globally first-in-class "Myeloid Cell Engager" platform, the two parties will jointly develop up to four First-in-Class drug candidates in oncology, focusing on major unmet clinical needs in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. This collaboration marks continued authoritative validation of LTZ's core technology platform by top-tier global pharmaceutical companies and will significantly accelerate the global clinical translation of its innovative immunotherapies.
Under the terms of the agreement, LTZ will receive a $50 million upfront payment and will be eligible for potential milestone payments based on R&D progress. In addition, upon successful commercialization of the relevant collaboration products, LTZ will also receive tiered royalties based on global net sales.
BlueRun Ventures is an investor in LTZ's Series A+ round. We congratulate LTZ on reaching another cross-border strategic partnership.
Dr. Hesham Abdullah, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Oncology R&D at GSK, said: "LTZ's self-developed 'Myeloid Cell Engager' technology platform represents an important direction for next-generation tumor immunotherapy. Its unique mechanism not only demonstrates powerful targeted anti-tumor potential but also offers significant differentiated advantages in safety and community accessibility. This collaboration deeply aligns with GSK's strategic focus on addressing real-world patient needs and integrating cutting-edge technologies to develop novel therapeutics. We look forward to working closely with LTZ to jointly advance the transformation of this innovative platform into revolutionary treatment solutions that can broadly benefit cancer patients."
Dr. Robert Li, Founder and CEO of LTZ, said: "We are honored to join hands with a strategic partner like GSK, which possesses deep oncology expertise and global influence. This collaboration is both a strong affirmation of LTZ's scientific originality and platform potential, and another milestone in our mission to 'unlock the biological potential of myeloid cells and address unmet clinical needs.' GSK's excellence in oncology immunotherapy development and global commercialization will inject powerful momentum into our innovative pipeline. Through our complementary strengths and collaborative innovation, we look forward to jointly pioneering a new paradigm in tumor immunotherapy and bringing breakthrough treatment options to cancer patients worldwide."
In just four months, LTZ has successively reached strategic partnerships with two multinational pharmaceutical companies, Eli Lilly and GSK, focusing on autoimmune diseases and oncology respectively. This fully validates the powerful scalability and commercial value of its globally first-in-class "Myeloid Cell Engager" platform across multiple disease areas, while also providing the company with strong non-dilutive funding support and a sustainable value growth path. These two consecutive blockbuster collaborations demonstrate the international industry's high recognition of LTZ's platform's scientific rationale, technological innovation, and clinical translation potential, further consolidating the company's frontier position and first-mover advantage in the field of myeloid cell immune regulation. Looking ahead, LTZ will continue to deepen the underlying science of its technology platform, expand clinical applications for more indications, join hands with global partners to build an innovation ecosystem, and lead next-generation immunotherapies to benefit patients worldwide.
About the "Myeloid Cell Engager" Technology Platform
As the company's core technology engine, LTZ's self-developed "Myeloid Cell Engager" platform is rooted in "Reverse Translational Science" and a deep understanding of myeloid cell biology. The platform ingeniously leverages abundant and widely infiltrating myeloid cell subsets in the human body (such as macrophages), precisely engaging target cells with effector cells to efficiently and safely eliminate pathogenic cells in a specific manner, with broad applications in major diseases including cancer and autoimmune diseases. This unique innovative mechanism holds promise for breaking through the treatment bottleneck of primary resistance, significantly improving efficacy, and laying a solid foundation for developing broad-spectrum, durable, and controllable next-generation immunotherapies.
About LTZ Therapeutics
LTZ is a globally integrated biotechnology company focused on novel immunotherapies. Addressing major unmet clinical needs in cancer, autoimmune diseases, and other areas, the company independently develops its "Myeloid Cell Engager" technology platform and related innovative drugs, aiming to enhance the long-term comprehensive benefits for patients. The company's international team is distributed across Redwood City, California in the United States and Shenzhen, China. Based on reverse translational science and emerging tumor microenvironment biology, LTZ is committed to developing next-generation immunotherapies that can overcome the challenge of primary resistance while enhancing anti-tumor immunity.
