Clointelligence Completes Series C+ Funding Round, New "Sheng" Product Line to Be Officially Launched | BlueRun Ventures
Achieving the "Machines Making Machines" Leap

Recently, ultra-low-altitude aerial-ground integrated operator Clof Intelligence (云圣智能) closed its Series C+ round, led by China Internet Investment Fund (Limited Partnership). This marks the company's second financing in two months, following a multi-hundred-million-yuan Series C round. The fresh capital will primarily accelerate Clof Intelligence's productive capacity, enabling the leap to "machines building machines."
BlueRun Ventures led Clof Intelligence's Series A and participated in its Series B and B+ rounds.
Additionally, Clof Intelligence will unveil its new "Sheng" product line on March 1 — a launch the company is positioning as a major release. The new line integrates aesthetic artistry with scientific technology, and technology with traditional Chinese culture, delivering visually striking products for global markets and humanity.
Founded in 2017, Clof Intelligence is an AI-centric company that builds on 4D real-scene mapping, industrial drones, fully automated airports, ground robots, and IoT cloud platforms — fusing multi-source sensors to deliver "aircraft-network-cloud" integrated system solutions for enterprise users. It provides aerial-ground coordinated 4D holographic management platforms for sectors including power utilities, oil and gas, emergency rescue, and smart cities, and has been designated a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise.
As a core technology-driven high-tech company, Clof Intelligence has pursued independent R&D and technological innovation since its inception.
On talent, its core team comprises PhDs and master's graduates from leading institutions including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, University of Science and Technology of China, Nankai University, and Cambridge University, alongside senior researchers from the China Academy of Space Technology (Fifth and Ninth Research Institutes), Huawei, and Tsinghua Unigroup. Through leading technological innovation and industry expertise, Clof Intelligence has achieved breakthroughs across multiple domains, holds several hundred core patents, and has received numerous science and technology progress awards alongside international honors including the Red Dot Design Award.
On products, its high-performance industrial drones and fully automated airport offerings span large, medium, and small form factors, complemented by ground inspection robots compatible with automated airports and 4D holographic management platforms tailored for various industries. The integrated product ecosystem leverages digital twin technology, AI algorithms, IoT, and 5G edge-cloud integration to enable unified intelligent operations management across industry scenarios — supporting digital transformation and operational model innovation through high-frequency, normalized, unattended autonomous inspection.
On industry expansion, to date Clof Intelligence's fully autonomous drone inspection systems have covered over 20 provincial-level regions nationwide, deployed across grid inspection, oil and gas inspection, new energy inspection, hydropower inspection, emergency rescue, forest patrol, smart cities, campus security, and construction monitoring — helping industries improve efficiency and address core pain points.
Dr. Fangping Chen, founder and CEO of Clof Intelligence, stated that the company remains committed to its mission of enhancing productivity and living standards through 4D capabilities, addressing pressing societal needs. It will continue to prioritize customers, technology, and products, treating product excellence, technical capability, talent, and service as its long-term competitive advantages. Concurrently, Clof Intelligence will deepen its understanding of industry-specific pain points and demands, iterate products efficiently, and deliver comprehensive sector-specific application solutions.
