Clointelligence Completes 500 Million Yuan Series D Funding Round to Advance High-Quality Development of Low-Altitude Economy | BlueRun Portfolio

On May 8, Cloud Saint Intelligence (云圣智能), a leading low-altitude economy company, announced the completion of its Series D funding round of 500 million yuan, invested by Liangxi Sci-Tech Innovation Fund of Funds (managed by Bohua Capital).

BlueRun Ventures was the Series A investor in Cloud Saint Intelligence and participated in multiple subsequent funding rounds.

The proceeds from this round will be used for the R&D, mass production, and launch of several new products to achieve comprehensive market coverage; to deeply implement the "machines building machines" strategy for drones and their fully automated airports, enabling automated manufacturing of one Sheng drone and one Bao Liandeng fully automated airport within 15 minutes, and to complete the AI computing infrastructure layout for the "machines training machines" Wukong Brain. Cloud Saint Intelligence tightly integrates low-altitude technology with artificial intelligence to drive high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.

Cloud Saint Intelligence was founded in 2017 by Dr. Fangping Chen of Peking University's School of Computer Science while he was pursuing his combined master's and doctoral degrees. Balancing his PhD studies with entrepreneurship, Dr. Chen developed deep expertise in the foundational theories and innovative applications of computer vision, computer graphics, and multi-sensor fusion. He identified industry pain points in power utilities, new energy, fire and emergency response, smart cities, forestry, and smart cultural tourism, creating an integrated "aircraft, network, cloud" system solution that has secured hundreds of millions of yuan in orders and sustained revenue growth. During this period, Dr. Chen was awarded Peking University's highest honor, the "May Fourth Medal," as well as multiple provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress awards.
