The Create @ AI Hackathon, hosted by ModelScope, China's largest AI model community, with guidance from the CCF Open Source Development Committee and co-initiated by Alibaba Cloud and NVIDIA, with support from Tianchi, officially opened registration on June 1.
BlueRun Ventures will join multiple investors to form an "Investment Observer Group", extending invitations to AI developers and startup teams worldwide. This will be an innovation gathering where artificial intelligence meets hacker spirit, and a collaborative showcase bringing together top AI talent.

At the 2023 Alibaba Cloud Summit · Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area held in Guangzhou on June 1, global recruitment for the Create@AI Hackathon officially launched.
The competition will unfold through online creative recruitment, offline hackathon, and demo day.
ModelScope Community will provide participating teams with free resources for model training, inference, and demo deployment. Teams can call upon open-source models and development tools from the ModelScope Community, or use other AI models. ModelScope currently hosts over 30 billion-parameter large models and more than 10 hundred-billion-parameter large models, including Alibaba's self-developed Tongyi series models, covering natural language understanding/generation/dialogue, text-to-image, text-to-video, multimodal representation, and other directions.
From now until June 25, AI developers and startup teams worldwide may register. The organizers will announce the shortlist on June 26 after comprehensive evaluation, and hold the offline hackathon in July, where teams must complete product development within two days and present live on the third day. A judging panel of technical experts and investors will score based on innovation, technical difficulty, and commercial prospects of the AI applications.
Winning teams will receive cash awards of up to RMB 30,000, attend the 2023 World Artificial Intelligence Conference to collect their prizes and meet face-to-face with tech leaders and top investors, and potentially gain access to a USD 10 million venture capital pool provided by leading investment institutions.
BlueRun Ventures has long focused on innovation in the AI field and is among the most active firms supporting AI innovation in the market. We look forward to the performance of outstanding AI developers and startup teams from around the world at this Create @ AI Hackathon.
