RuiShi Tech Secures Another Tens of Millions of RMB in New Funding Round | BlueRun Ventures Family
Hard Tech, Soft Product: Making Screens Truly "See"-Cure

Recently, RuiShi Technology announced the completion of a new funding round worth tens of millions of RMB. Just two months after its June 2024 financing, the company has attracted fresh capital once again. This round was led by Huaxi Jinzhi, with existing shareholder Innovation Works continuing to increase its stake. The proceeds will be used for clinical registration, sales expansion, brand building, and ongoing R&D investment in products.
BlueRun Ventures was the lead investor in RuiShi Technology's Series A round.
Driven by the dual forces of upgraded national myopia prevention strategy and AI technology development, RuiShi Technology leverages its globally leading AI-powered light-eye-brain neuromodulation technology and solid clinical evidence-based medical proof to directly address the core pain points of adolescent myopia control. Starting with myopia intervention, the company is gradually building an intelligent "light-eye-brain" therapeutic closed-loop system that integrates optical stimulation, neuromodulation, and AI feedback. Centered on visual neuromodulation technology, the company has developed a "strong technology + soft standards" product system to achieve multi-pronged impact.

This system features high adaptability, effectively matching different visual conditions, usage durations, and user habits. More critically, this entirely new myopia prevention technology pathway has demonstrated outcomes surpassing traditional myopia control solutions during clinical validation. According to multi-center study data involving authoritative medical institutions including Beijing Tongren Hospital, Sichuan University West China Hospital, and Wenzhou Medical University Eye Hospital, RuiShi Technology's related products showed high consistency and statistical significance in controlling axial length growth and slowing refractive progression.
In a real-world study of nearly 200 cases over six months, the treatment group showed average axial length growth of only 0.038mm, far below the control group's 0.125mm, with some cases even showing refractive improvement.

In terms of application scenarios, RuiShi Technology is committed to integrating treatment seamlessly into daily life, enabling "treatment while studying, adjustment while playing" — a new paradigm of behavior-neural integrated imperceptible therapy. Meanwhile, relying on a落地 network covering hundreds of professional institutions and 1,000+ stores, the company has preliminarily established a "product-data-service" integrated closed-loop system, providing a solid validation foundation for future implementation of long-term prescription-based treatment models.
Regarding industry influence, at the 2025 Vision Health Innovation and Development International Forum (VisionChina 2025), RuiShi Technology jointly released two group standards with the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University: Technical Specification for Electronic Distance Display Terminals and Visual Health Technical Requirements for Display Products — Electronic Distance Display Terminals. This not only marks the further consolidation of RuiShi Technology's leading position in industry standard-setting, but also represents a significant leap from technology innovator to industry rule-maker.

Pan Dejiao, co-founder of RuiShi Technology, stated: We are grateful to the investors in this round for their continued confidence and steadfast support of RuiShi Technology's "AI + visual neural intervention" direction. As a team possessing the triple advantages of "underlying original technology, real-world scenario validation, and industry standard discourse power" in the myopia prevention track, the company has accumulated substantial strength and achieved remarkable commercial conversion results: revenue in the first half of 2025 grew over 100% year-on-year, with profitability achieved. This financing round will focus on Class III medical device registration applications and core product iteration upgrades, deepening the "serious medical driving consumer medical" strategy. The company is accelerating its breakthrough beyond the traditional "hardware as product" model, upgrading toward becoming a "visual health operating system" builder centered on algorithms, data, and services. This aims not only to provide 170 million Chinese adolescents with more scientifically effective myopia prevention solutions, achieving worry-free screen time, but also to create continuously growing value for investors.
