TimeTech Completes B+ Strategic Funding Round | BlueRun Ventures Portfolio
The Pragmatic Players in Low-Altitude Economy Reach a New Milestone

On March 27, TCab Tech announced the completion of its Series B+ strategic funding round, jointly invested by Shanghai DaLinghao Bay Venture Capital and Zifeng Capital. This marks the first direct state-owned capital investment in an eVTOL airframe project since Shanghai unveiled its Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Low-Altitude Economy Industry (2024-2027) last year — a milestone with profound strategic significance, and a strong vote of confidence in TCab Tech's technical capabilities and growth potential.
BlueRun Ventures was TCab Tech's seed-round investor and has continued to increase its stake in subsequent rounds.

The commercial operation of the eVTOL industry cannot succeed without the support of local governments. Whether it's infrastructure development, airspace management, or future "air taxi" operations, all require deep collaboration between local state capital and airframe manufacturers. As a leading enterprise in the eVTOL sector, TCab Tech continues to grow with the backing of local state capital, while driving the development of core component supply chains — including motors, electric control systems, flight control systems, and composite materials — accelerating the transition from pilot programs to large-scale deployment.
Since its founding, TCab Tech has adhered to a "begin with the end in mind" philosophy, focusing on the R&D of high-commercial-value tiltrotor manned eVTOLs. Guided by customer needs, the company has meticulously crafted its highly competitive E20 eVTOL product. The aircraft features high safety and reliability, high operational efficiency, low manufacturing costs, and low operating costs, and will be widely deployed in low-altitude tourism, intercity travel, and other scenarios in the future. Based in China, the company also aims to export Chinese high-end manufacturing products and standards to Belt and Road countries and regions such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
TCab Tech will continue to work hand-in-hand with local governments, industrial investors, and industry partners to build low-altitude demonstration zones, drive key technology R&D and scenario-based applications, advance airworthiness and operational standards, and promote the safe and healthy development of the low-altitude economy industry chain.
