UniUni Closes Over $70 Million Series D1 Round | BlueRun Ventures Family

UniUni, a North American last-mile delivery logistics provider that uses technology to solve final-mile challenges, recently announced the completion of its D1 funding round, raising over $70 million. The D1 round was co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) and Sinovation Ventures, with participation from both new and existing investors including MindWorks Capital, Redpoint Ventures, DCM Ventures, Joy Capital, Celtic House, LFX Ventures, Yuanjing Capital, and Brightway Future Capital. BlueRun Ventures led UniUni's Series A round and has continued to increase its stake in subsequent rounds. The new capital will accelerate digital infrastructure development, advance AI-logistics integration, upgrade automated sorting equipment, and enhance overall pickup, transfer, and delivery capabilities — all aimed at strengthening UniUni's US-Canada delivery network and solidifying its industry-leading position.
