Yao Maoqing, AgiBot Partner & President of Embodied Intelligence Business, delivered a keynote titled "The Path to Large-Scale Breakthroughs in Embodied Intelligence — AgiBot's Body, Data, and Algorithm Flywheel." Yao explained that
AgiBot has achieved full-stack closed-loop development of "one body, three intelligences" — integrating robot bodies, locomotion intelligence, interaction intelligence, and operational intelligence — and built an embodied intelligence flywheel driven by four wheels: "data-model-body-scenario."
On site, AgiBot released the industry's first truly real-world-oriented world model open-source platform for dual-arm robots, "Genie Envisioner," integrating prediction, control, and evaluation capabilities to provide an end-to-end, integrated solution for robots to go from "seeing" to "acting" — letting robots rehearse in digital spacetime before clocking in for real work.

After the WAIC 2025 opening ceremony, Premier Li Qiang toured the exhibition halls with foreign guests and international organization representatives. At the Galaxy Universal booth, Galbot autonomously retrieved a product from a shelf and handed it to Premier Li — completing a real-world demonstration of autonomous reasoning with zero teleoperation.

Meanwhile, at its own WAIC booth, Galaxy Universal showcased the core strengths and diverse deployment scenarios of its robotics applications, spanning retail, industrial, logistics, and urban service domains.
In commercial retail, Galaxy Universal built a 1:1 replica of a real supermarket at its "Skills Stage" autonomous exhibition area, with Galbot on duty around the clock. Facing complex layouts with densely packed products, massive SKU variety, and diverse product placement patterns, Galbot accurately retrieved and delivered items for visitors.
In industrial manufacturing, Galbot performed SPS (Set Parts Supply) sorting of automotive parts on site — not only precisely identifying and grasping target workpieces, but also distinguishing similar parts to avoid mis-grasps, while autonomously avoiding obstacles during deep-bin operations to complete intelligent tasks.

In industrial and logistics tote transfer operations, Galbot demonstrated intelligent work capabilities. Facing multi-layer stacked totes without QR codes or labels for positioning, the robot relied entirely on visual perception to autonomously identify box locations and forms, and intelligently plan handling motions.
In urban services, Galaxy Universal's self-developed model deployed across different robot bodies, enabling a quadruped form factor with litter-picking and patrol capabilities.
