Winning the World's Admiration Bare-Handed in the AI Era | Buming Startup Camp Now Recruiting
Let's Get Ready to Rumble.
"Winning the world's admiration with your bare hands is usually a young person's privilege." At 18, Xiang Li, founder of Li Auto, started his first company. At 27, Zhiyuan Jun (稚晖君) joined Huawei's "Genius Youth" program; at 30, he founded AgiBot. At 31, Zhilin Yang started Moonshot AI. But before these young founders "conquered the world," they each went through a period of "not yet making a sound" — perhaps struggling with management and team upheaval; perhaps facing the question "Why give up a million-dollar salary to start a company?"; or perhaps having not a week, but merely a day, to solve a critical problem.
We want to accompany more young people on the journey from "silent" to "Booming."
Since 2023, BlueRun Ventures has hosted four cohorts of the Not-Yet-Sounding Entrepreneurship Camp (不鸣创业营), building deep connections with numerous AI founders. Meanwhile, BlueRun has also been laying out new possibilities in the AI space:
- Models & Applications: Moonshot AI, Genspark, Yuaiweiwu, RockFlow, Vivix;
- Embodied AI: AgiBot, Galaxy Universal, Tashi Zhihang, Lingchu Intelligence, Hillbot;
- AI Hardware: VITURE, Keyi Tech, Haivivi...
Now, the fifth cohort of the Not-Yet-Sounding Entrepreneurship Camp is officially open for recruitment. We look forward to walking alongside more sharp young people with a global perspective, exploring the limits of AI — and of ourselves.

The Not-Yet-Sounding Entrepreneurship Camp is a distributed co-creation community initiated by BlueRun Ventures. Entrepreneurship is not a命题作文 (proposition composition); it's a process of "defining the undefined." The camp is not a conventional "entrepreneurship class," but rather an Entrepreneurship DAO.
Decentralized Autonomous Organization — the essence is that everyone matters. It's not a one-way classroom; the founders are the true protagonists.
At the camp, co-creation is not just a slogan. The format, discussion topics, and evaluation incentives are all proposed and democratically voted on by all participants. Likewise, the fruits of co-creation are shared by all.
Over the past two years, the acceptance rate has been only 9%, with just 20 "not-yet-sounding" founders selected for each intensive closed-door cohort. They come from top tech companies, leading universities, or bring rich entrepreneurial experience. We gather to thoroughly discuss topics like AI, hard tech, and globalization, and engage in deep exchanges with seasoned founders to help you avoid the "inevitable pitfalls" on the entrepreneurial journey.
👇🏻 What happens at the camp 👇🏻

Malcolm Gladwell proposed a formula in Outliers: Success = 10,000 hours of deliberate practice. Bill Gates logged his 10,000 hours in a computer room before founding Microsoft; the Beatles played their 10,000 hours in bars before becoming famous.
For AI founders, those 10,000 hours mean:
- You've stepped in every pit at the intersection of technology, product, and market;
- You can tell the real distance between "can demo" and "can make money";
- The honeymoon phase is long over, and you're still at the table...
"So-called outliers are simply ordinary people who seized the pulse of their era, standing in the right place at the right time." In today's context — AI is the pulse of the era. The right time is now. If you've already clocked your 10,000 hours in AI, welcome to claim your seat.

In the previous four cohorts, we've already committed 100 million RMB to support outstanding participants. Going forward, we will continue to allocate 100 million RMB to support exceptional members of the Not-Yet-Sounding Entrepreneurship Camp.
