BlueRun Ventures Leads Tens of Millions RMB Angel Round in Jaren Semiconductor

Jaren Semiconductor is a technology company focused on the R&D, production, and sales of ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor single-crystal substrates and epitaxial materials such as gallium oxide. This financing round amounts to tens of millions of RMB, with proceeds to be used for strengthening the team and accelerating R&D of new methods for gallium oxide substrate materials and pilot line development.

BlueRun Ventures Follows On in Strategic Investment in Xinchen AI

This round of funding will be mainly used for multimodal large model R&D iteration and business expansion, continuously advancing the company's general artificial intelligence capabilities, and further deepening its AGI-era layout. BlueRun Ventures was the lead investor in Xinchen AI's angel round.

BlueRun Ventures Follows On in Series A Financing of Shanhai Semiconductor

Shanhai Semiconductor is a pioneer in China's precision signal chain chip segment, focusing on Industry 4.0 and new energy markets. This financing round amounts to RMB 120 million, with proceeds to be mainly used for accelerating new product development for Industry 4.0 and new energy markets and expanding market deployment. BlueRun Ventures was the lead investor in Shanhai Semiconductor's angel round.

BlueRun Ventures Follows On in Pre-A Round of Fabarta

This financing round amounts to RMB 100 million, with proceeds to be used for accelerating Fabarta's core technology R&D, expanding market share, and advancing its layout in AI infrastructure centered on graph intelligence. BlueRun Ventures was the lead investor in Fabarta's angel round.

Energy Singularity Completes Pre-A Financing

This round raised nearly RMB 400 million. Energy Singularity focuses on the high-temperature superconducting tokamak technical route. Proceeds from this round will be mainly used for R&D of the Jingtian magnet and Qimen systems. BlueRun Ventures was Energy Singularity's first-round investor.

Zetar Technology Completes New Financing Round

Zetar Technology is a startup focused on cloud-native distributed HTAP databases. This round of funding will be mainly used for product R&D and team building. BlueRun Ventures was the lead investor in Zetar Technology's angel round.
