The Trillion-Dollar Low-Altitude Economy Takes Off

ZeroG Aircraft Industry (Hefei) Co., Ltd. ("ZeroG") recently completed a Series A funding round of nearly RMB 100 million, led by Hefei High-Tech Investment, with participation from Keda Silicon Valley Guidance Fund, Guohua Investment, Yunsheng Capital, and Zifeng Capital. This round will fund ZeroG's eVTOL projects, specifically the airworthiness certification of its multi-rotor ZG-ONE and the full-state flight testing of its full-scale tiltrotor ZG-T6, while further accelerating the commercialization of its electric fixed-wing aircraft RX1E-A and other new-energy aircraft products. BlueRun Ventures was the exclusive seed-round investor in ZeroG and has continued to add to its position.

With policy and industry now resonating in tandem, the trillion-RMB low-altitude market is rapidly opening up. As a developer of manned eVTOL aircraft, ZeroG's continued fundraising will provide powerful momentum for navigating the "low-altitude economy" blue ocean. Looking ahead, as policies intensify and market demand continues to unlock, ZeroG will take firm steps on the commercialization journey of new-energy aircraft, contributing more "green power" to the vigorous growth of the low-altitude economy. ZeroG centers on manned eVTOL aircraft while also developing electric fixed-wing planes, electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles, and other diversified new-energy aircraft to advance the green aviation industry. Founded in March 2021 and headquartered in Hefei High-Tech Zone, the company maintains R&D, operations, production, and flight-testing branches in Nanjing, Shenzhen, and Jiaxing. ZeroG adheres to "future, green, innovation" as its overarching development philosophy, with a vision to "build Earth's third transportation ecosystem" and a mission of "green flight, serving people's livelihoods." Using new-energy aircraft as its vehicle, the company continues to deepen its work in driving the "green revolution" in aviation and advanced air mobility, contributing to China's early establishment of a comprehensive, multi-dimensional transportation system.
