Yu Wang is a tenured professor and department chair of the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, an IEEE Fellow, Associate Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, and Dean of the Tianjin Research Institute for Electronic Information at Tsinghua University.
He also serves as an executive director of the 11th Council of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, chair of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and chair of the Electronic Information Discipline Construction (Promotion) Committee.
Professor Wang has long been engaged in research on intelligent chips and energy-efficient circuits and systems. He has published more than 60 papers in IEEE/ACM journals and over 270 conference papers, with over 25,000 citations on Google Scholar. He has led multiple national-level and industry-collaboration projects, receiving honors including the CCF Science and Technology Award for Technical Invention (First Prize), the DAC Under-40 Innovator Award, and the CCF Green Bamboo Award. He has won 5 best paper awards and 13 best paper nominations at international academic conferences. In 2016, he converted his research into equity at DeePhi Tech, building a world-class deep learning computing platform, which was acquired by industry leader Xilinx (now AMD) in 2018. In 2023, he spearheaded the establishment of Infinigence AI, forming a hardware-software co-optimization platform for large models that has achieved industry-leading large model inference performance on more than 10 types of chips domestically and internationally.

Qi Yin, Chairman of Qianli Technology
Qi Yin currently serves as Chairman of Qianli Technology, where he leads the company's strategic planning and transformation. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Tsinghua University's Yao Class and a master's degree in computer science (intelligent sensing) from Columbia University. In 2011, he founded Megvii, one of the earliest AI startups in China. In 2024, he became Chairman of publicly listed Qianli Technology, shifting from artificial intelligence to the automotive industry to fully drive the "AI + Vehicle" strategy, promoting the transformation of traditional automakers and upgrading the automotive industry chain.
Recipient of the 28th China Youth May Fourth Medal, he was named to Wealth magazine's "40 Under 40 China Business Elite" for three consecutive years, selected for Forbes Asia 30 Under 30, and ranked first on the enterprise technology list. He serves on the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Governance Committee, is an executive member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a part-time vice chairman of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and a member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Duane Kuang, Founding Managing Partner, Qiming Venture Partners
Mr. Duane Kuang is the Founding Managing Partner and investment committee member at Qiming Venture Partners. He has over 30 years of experience in enterprise management and investment, and has been engaged in venture capital since 1999.
Mr. Kuang focuses primarily on investments in information technology, artificial intelligence, automation equipment, and blockchain. His portfolio companies include Roborock (688169.SH), WeRide (NASDAQ:WRD), UBTECH (09880.HK), Unisound (09678.HK), Hesai Technology (NASDAQ:HSAI), Yuntaili Automation, Chaitin, Qiniu Cloud (02567.HK), and others. He currently serves as Chairman of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and as a member of the Venture Capital Committee of the Asset Management Association of China.

Before founding Qiming Venture Partners, Mr. Kuang was Director of Intel Capital China, leading Intel's strategic investment activities in mainland China. Prior to Intel, he spent five years at Cisco China in multiple senior management positions. Mr. Kuang began his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer and later held technical management roles in digital communications.
Born in Guangzhou, China, Mr. Kuang studied in the United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, San Francisco, a master's degree in computer science from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Wei Liu, Former Tencent Distinguished Scientist and Technical Lead of Hunyuan Large Model; CEO of Video Rebirth

Former Tencent Distinguished Scientist with extensive achievements in artificial intelligence. He received his bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Zhejiang University in 2001 and his Ph.D. in computer science and electrical engineering from Columbia University in 2012.
He previously worked as a research scientist at IBM Watson Research Center. In June 2016, he joined Tencent AI Lab as a Distinguished Scientist, where he was responsible for computer vision and multimedia AI, and served as one of the technical leads in building Tencent's Hunyuan large model. Academically, Liu has long focused on fundamental research and product development in computer vision, machine learning, and multimodal learning, having published more than 300 papers with over 50,000 total citations. He has received numerous honors including the Facebook Fellowship and IEEE "AI's 10 To Watch."
He is active in the international academic community, regularly serving as associate editor and editorial board member for authoritative journals and as area chair for top conferences. In November 2022, he was named an IEEE Fellow for 2023 for his contributions to large-scale machine learning and intelligent multimedia.

Huaiting Zhang, Founder and CEO of Yuaiweiwu

Huaiting Zhang joined Baidu in 2005 as a senior manager. In 2008, he participated in the founding of Baidu's "Phoenix Nest" project, assembling the core machine learning technology team to build China's first advertising recommendation system powered by deep learning technology, and received Baidu's "Million Dollar" award in 2012. In 2014, he left Baidu to co-found online education company Gaotu Techedu (formerly Genshuixue), serving as Chief Operating Officer and Group Vice President. Genshuixue went public on the NYSE in 2019 and was later renamed Gaotu Techedu. In 2023, he co-founded AI education company Yuaiweiwu with former Gaotu Class General Manager Wei Liu, serving as Chairman and CEO.

Feng Ren, Co-CEO and Chief Scientific Officer of Insilico Medicine
Co-CEO and Chief Scientific Officer of Insilico Medicine, Dr. Ren received his Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry at Harvard University. With over a decade of experience in innovative drug R&D at multinational pharmaceutical companies, he focuses on the intersection of biomedicine and artificial intelligence. He joined Insilico Medicine in 2021 and has led his team in developing 22 preclinical candidate compounds, 10 of which have received clinical trial approval, covering fibrosis, inflammation, oncology, and metabolic diseases. Empowered by artificial intelligence, his team successfully developed Rentosertib, the world's first novel drug for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, which has demonstrated safety and preliminary efficacy in Phase 2 clinical trials. He has led four self-developed out-licensing deals and dozens of drug discovery collaborations for Insilico Medicine, with total collaboration value exceeding $3.5 billion. Among these, the AI drug discovery strategic partnership with Sanofi, with a $21.5 million upfront payment and total value of $1.2 billion, set the record for the highest upfront payment for AI drug discovery in the Asia-Pacific region. To date, Dr. Ren has published over 80 international academic papers and holds more than 100 international patents.

Mr. William Hu is a Managing Partner at Qiming Venture Partners and has co-led the firm's healthcare investments.

Yilun Chen, Founder and CEO of Tashi Zhihang
Dr. Yilun Chen is the Founder and CEO of Tashi Zhihang, a leading figure in China's embodied artificial intelligence and autonomous driving fields. He entered Tsinghua University's Department of Electronic Engineering as an undergraduate in 2001, received his master's degree from the same department in 2007, and earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2011.
Dr. Chen has consistently worked at the forefront of artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, and embodied artificial intelligence, and is a recognized technology and industry leader in these fields. He has worked at DJI and Huawei, among other companies. At Huawei, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Scientist of the Intelligent Automotive Solution BU's autonomous driving division, where he led the team in building Huawei's advanced autonomous driving technology solution, designed the full algorithm stack, assembled the core technical team, and helped commercialize related products in multiple star vehicle models. Starting in 2022, he served as professor, chief expert in intelligent robotics, and director of the Innovation Center at Tsinghua University's Institute for AI Industry Research, responsible for autonomous driving and intelligent robotics R&D. He founded the Tsinghua AIR Wuxi Innovation Center and is among China's first generation of leaders in embodied intelligent robotics R&D. On February 5, 2025, Tashi Zhihang was formally established, with Dr. Chen serving as Founder and CEO.
Dr. Chen has published more than 30 academic papers in journals and conferences, with over 3,000 citations on Google Scholar, and holds 16 invention patents. He has received honors including Senior Engineer in Artificial Intelligence from Shanghai, Outstanding Graduate of Beijing, and Outstanding Dissertation Award at Tsinghua University. During his student years, he also won a gold medal in the China Physics Olympiad and was selected for the International Physics Olympiad training team.
Wenbin Tang, Co-founder and CEO of Yuanli Lingji; Co-founder of Megvii
Mr. Wenbin Tang graduated from Tsinghua University's Yao Class with a master's degree in computer science. He was a recipient of the inaugural Yao Award, placed sixth in the ACM/ICPC World Finals (first in Asia), served as head coach of the China National Olympiad in Informatics training team for 7 years, and was the fifth Chinese competitor to achieve TopCoder Target. Xiao Ma, CEO of Future Intelligent
Xiao Ma is the Founder and CEO of AI hardware technology company Future Intelligent. He previously worked at China Mobile and iFlytek, where he was engaged in the R&D and incubation of intelligent interaction products for many years.
In 2011, he led the development of Lingxi, the world's first Chinese intelligent voice assistant. In 2018, he pioneered the earliest prototype of translation recording earphones with Mobius. He subsequently led the incubation of multiple AI platforms and products including smart earphones, in-vehicle systems, and translation hardware from 0 to 1.
In 2022, Xiao Ma founded AI hardware technology company Future Intelligent in Hefei, Anhui, applying more than a decade of deep technical accumulation and leadership in artificial intelligence, voice, and semantic recognition to a new exploration of intelligent office hardware. In the same year the company was founded, it released its first conference earphones and first transformable office earphones, pioneering the entirely new category of AI conference earphones and receiving widespread attention and high recognition from consumer and capital markets.
