Qiming Venture Partners Issues Stern Statement on Fraudulent Investment Scheme

Recently, criminals have been fraudulently using our company's name to operate a "fraudulent investment scheme," inducing users to deposit funds through an app called "OKX" and then conduct supposed investment activities on a forged "Qiming Venture Partners" app, apparently for illegal profit.

The criminals induce users to engage in "investment activities" including but not limited to the following two types: purchasing investment products or depositing funds into a "Current Treasure" account. The investment products include five categories: "Beginner Recommended," "Quality Funds," "Stable Wealth Management," "Selected Regular Investment," and "Premium Exclusive," with terms of 4 days, 11 days, 21 days, and long-term options, each with significantly different interest rate cycles; deposits into "Current Treasure" use a daily interest rate mechanism, settled on T+1 and T+2 cycles. The criminals have set absurdly high yields for these so-called "investment activities," which already suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations.

We strongly condemn these actions: in addition to infringing upon Qiming Venture Partners' registered trademark rights, commercial reputation, and other legitimate interests, the criminals' conduct has seriously disrupted our daily operations.

We solemnly declare: we have no legal or commercial relationship whatsoever with the aforementioned infringing activities. We have reported and filed complaints with relevant authorities, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability against the criminals.

We remind the public: private equity funds only raise capital from specific qualified investors who meet certain conditions. We urge investors and entrepreneurs to remain vigilant, verify authenticity, and not believe in investment products with absurdly high returns promoted through online information, WeChat groups, apps, or other channels. Please avoid accessing illegal web links or scanning QR codes from unknown sources to access or download suspicious investment information. Please download and install the National Anti-Fraud Center App through official app stores, and promptly report to public security authorities to effectively protect your interests and avoid financial losses.

We reiterate: Qiming Venture Partners has no official app, nor does it maintain customer service personnel for general consumer audiences.
