At the Crossroads of AI, the Future Comes Roaring In | 16 Observations and Reflections from Q1

This episode is a solo podcast — my attempt to synthesize all my AI industry observations and reflections from Q1 into one comprehensive episode.

Q1 was the most "intense" three months of input and output I've had in years. I spent nearly every spare moment reading, connecting, and writing. I launched the WeChat public account "Crossing" at the start of the year, along with a podcast by the same name, publishing over a dozen articles and six podcast episodes.

It's an exhilarating year. Technological transformation is unfolding at breakneck speed, and if you're in the right place, you can practically smell the excitement and sweat hanging in the air.
