"Entrepreneurs understand entrepreneurs best" — at the Crossing of a golden era, meeting, exchanging ideas, and making decisions.

Today is the golden age of AI entrepreneurship.

"Crossing" aims to become the connective tissue for AI founders in this golden age — a place where they meet, exchange ideas, and make pivotal decisions at critical junctures.

So starting in July, we launched "AI Founders Meetup" (AIFM) — a private, online discussion series for entrepreneurs. Each week, we invite four AI founders to chat in a relaxed setting, helping them find like-minded partners to navigate the challenges and opportunities of building a company together.

AIFM has successfully held two sessions. What excites us most is that we've cultivated a genuinely safe space — where people don't feel like what they share will be exposed or judged.

Beyond business and technology, founders have opened up about desire and money, hope and disappointment, self and others, opportunity and compromise. The resonance has been profound — validating that old truth: "Founders understand founders."

What happens at AIFM?

Founders understand founders. We hope to build a space that delivers both emotional and professional value, together with all of you.

1. "Five Minutes of Curiosity": Each of the four founders introduces themselves and their product (satisfying others' curiosity), plus something that's recently caught their interest (sharing their own curiosity).
2. "Everyone Asks Everyone": Each founder poses one question to the group.
3. "Curiosity Relay": Founders who've attended past meetups can audit all future sessions and direct one question to any founder in the current session.

Who participates in AIFM?

Eight founders have joined across our first two sessions. We create a WeChat group for all participants and organize regular offline gatherings to sustain long-term connections.

How to join AIFM?

We currently operate by invitation. There are three ways in:

1. Receive a direct invitation from us.
2. Get recommended by a founder who's already attended AIFM. Since we want this to grow as an organic founder community, we encourage participants to bring in friends they believe in.
3. Fill out the AIFM Application Form[1] — our alumni founders will vote together on which new founders they'd most like to meet and welcome into the community.

What happens in the closed-door session stays in the closed-door session. Nothing is shared externally.
