"Winning the world's admiration with bare hands is usually a young person's prerogative." At 18, Xiang Li founded his first company. At 27, Zhi Peng joined Huawei's "Genius Youth" program; at 30, he founded AgiBot. At 31, Zhilin Yang started Moonshot AI. But before these young guns took the world by storm, they all went through a "buming" phase — a period of silence. Maybe they didn't know how to manage a team and went through brutal turbulence. Maybe they faced the question: "Why give up a million-dollar salary to start a company?" Maybe they didn't have a week to solve a problem — they had a day.

We want to accompany more young people from "buming" to "Booming."

Since 2023, BlueRun has held four editions of Buming Startup Camp, building deep connections with numerous AI founders. Meanwhile, BlueRun has been placing bets across AI:

Now, the fifth edition of Buming Startup Camp is officially open for recruitment. We look forward to walking alongside more sharp young people with global vision, exploring the limits of AI — and of ourselves.

Buming Startup Camp is a distributed co-creation community initiated by BlueRun Ventures. Entrepreneurship isn't a prescribed essay — it's a process of "defining the undefined." Buming Startup Camp isn't a conventional "startup class"; it's a startup DAO.

Decentralized Autonomous Organization — the core idea is that everyone matters. It's not a one-way lecture hall. The founders are the real protagonists.

At Buming Startup Camp, co-creation isn't a slogan. It's embedded in session formats, discussion topics, and evaluation incentives — proposed and democratically voted on by all Buming participants. The fruits of co-creation are shared by all.

Over the past two years, the camp has maintained a 9% admission rate, with only 20 Buming fellows selected for each intensive closed-door session. They come from top tech companies, leading universities, or bring rich entrepreneurial experience. We gather to dig deep into AI, hard tech, and globalization, and have in-depth exchanges with seasoned founders who help you avoid the "inevitable pitfalls" on the startup journey.
