Last Friday afternoon, Teacher An returned to the scene. Together with her newly founded "AI Art's First Label," @Superstation, she's kicking things off with an AI art hackathon.

She says she wants to find 100 AI artists who will matter in the next decade.

As one of the first to hear about it, all I can say is: this is exactly what Teacher An would do, and probably something only she could do.

The hackathon is just a small appetizer. The big move Teacher An is cooking up will blow your mind.

As an elsewhere team also eager to cultivate our own artistic sensibilities, we're thrilled to join this exploration.

AI Art Hackathon

This hackathon, we invite you to create a work that belongs to the AI era.

You don't need to solve a specific function,

You need to express an idea, a feeling, or raise a question you think deserves discussion.

Not a function, but an expression.

Could be an image, a video, a game, an installation, an agent, a piece of code, a generative system, or anything — form is unlimited.

But it needs to answer:

What do you want to express through this work?

AI can play any role in the work:

As long as AI's presence changes how you express yourself.

The endpoint of a traditional hackathon is a demo presentation and judging. But we believe works of the AI era need a new stage.

This AI art hackathon directly launches the Future Art Auction Conference —

Top 20 shortlisted works will be displayed on-site, with 200 tycoons competing for them with gold coins, recording their first "sale" moment in AI art history.

No scoring, only the resonance between works and audience.

Who We Are

Superstation is launching the world's first AI art hackathon, inviting creators from different fields to co-create with AI the first works belonging to this era.
