360 Finance is a Chinese fintech company that positions itself as a technology platform connecting borrowers with financial partners, with data and AI-driven risk control as its core competency . It was incubated within Qihoo 360, China's largest internet security company, and draws on that parent company's user base of over 1 billion devices for traffic and customer acquisition .
