ACE Virtual Singer is an AI-powered music creation app developed by Beijing Shiyu Technology (北京时域科技), designed to let ordinary users compose and produce songs by collaborating with AI virtual singers. Users input melody and lyrics, select an AI voice, and combine it with background music and smart pitch tools to generate tracks without formal music training; the platform also supports secondary lyric-writing on others' melodies and hosts a community for sharing works .

The app targets Z-era creators aged 15–22, and per 2021 reporting had accumulated millions of users with 60% of its quality creators being first-time music makers . Its underlying AI vocal synthesis technology was described at the time as globally top-tier in naturalness and emotional expression .

The company behind it, Shiyu Technology, was founded by Guo Jing, who came from a non-technical background and taught himself machine learning during a gap year in Silicon Valley in 2015–2016 . The firm later evolved its positioning: by 2023–2024 it was emphasizing ACE Studio, a professional-grade workstation for AI vocal generation that had been used to create millions of AI-sung tracks with nearly a billion total plays, and which generated the majority of its revenue from North American and European users after launching overseas in early 2024 .

ACE Virtual Singer raised a multi-million-dollar Pre-A round in September 2021, led by Atlas Capital (知春资本) with follow-on from 5Y Capital .
