AI2Robotics (智平方) is a Chinese embodied-intelligence startup developing end-to-end VLA (Vision-Language-Action) models and its own AlphaBot robot line. Founded on a "physical-world large model" technical path, it has built the GOVLA embodied foundation model and iterates the AlphaBot hardware to feed real-world data back into model training . The company has moved fast on fundraising: it closed a nine-figure RMB Pre-A+ round in March 2025 with Yunqi Capital participating , then an A+ round led by Puhua Capital and a further nine-figure round by September 2025 with Dunhong Capital and state-backed investors re-upping . By February 2026 it announced a B-round series exceeding RMB 1 billion at a valuation entering the tens-of-billions range, having stacked 12 rounds in roughly a year . Commercially, it has struck partnerships with Bloomage Biotech for biotech manufacturing and with Jingneng Microelectronics (a Geely subsidiary) for semiconductor production-line tasks, and has been named as a collaborator of Manycore Tech's SpatialVerse spatial-intelligence platform . Its investors include Yunqi Capital, Dunhong Capital, Puhua Capital, Guozhong Capital, and a mix of industrial and financial backers including CRRC Capital .
